You will:

• Lead the effort to create a consumer-grade UX/UI for online travel platform in covering all points of sales;
• Identify and fill product gaps by understanding the customer experience, generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth;
• Work with product team, IT, marketing to leverage research, content analysis, site maps, wireframes, flow diagrams to create industry-leading user experiences;
• Provide solutions that shape customer experience, optimization plans, website design, and product development;
• Work as a designer to provide critical eye and timely feedback to ensure consistency and quality of design deliverable;
• Stay abreast of latest technologies and trends, make recommendations for upgrades for the Division.

You should have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computing, Design, Interaction, Business Management or related discipline;
• Minimum 8 years working in user experience in eCommerce or product development environment;
• Experiences in preparing and presenting design recommendations based on business goals, user research, and UX and UI principles;
• Proven track record of creating exceptional user interfaces;
• Strong problem solving skills and willingness to roll up your sleeves to get the job done;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Solid technical background with hands-on experience in software development and web technologies;
• Ability to think strategically and make decisions based on data
• Chinese knowledge is a must
