Our client is one of the leading luxury retail company. To cope with their dynamic growth, they are currently looking for a VM Design and Production Manager.

The Job 

• Responsible for review and comments on all drawing windows décor issued by HQ  
• Plan and execute window installation schedule with regional VMs for all stores
• Translate the tender package drawings into a written and detailed quotation format
• Identify potential technical issues and anticipate them at an early stage of the project
• Define, control, monitor and manage windows and events budget and monitor throughout the production 
• Steam-line and consolidate information across all product categories to ensure clear comprehension and application of VM window rotation guidelines
• Order all decorative materials for each window or event project
• Coordinate with the logistics team, manage the pick up dates, shipments and delivery of the materials
• Manage inspection of materials and decoration in factory prior to shipment 
• Provide guidelines and support to local Project Manager and VM colleagues for the installation

The Candidate: 

• Bachelor degree with 6 years retail window design and creation experience
• Familiar with Design and Graphic software such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, AutoCAD, and Microsoft applications, Power Point, Word and Excel
• Strong technical background, creative and resourceful
• Strong sense of priorities and organization 
• Hands on, resulted oriented 
• Good communication skills / both oral and written English, Cantonese and Mandrian
