With an ambitious expansion plan in the region, they are now seeking a high calibre candidate to join the Product Development Team.

About the Role

Reporting to the Business Director and leading a sizeable Product Development team in Panyu, China, you will be responsible for overall strategic planning in product development. Specific responsibilities will include supervising the team on different design, product and sample development projects, formulating product development plan to match with customers' needs and seasonal trend as well as attending jewellery exhibitions, communicate with overseas customers to actualize theirs needs into products.

About the Candidate

Suitable candidates will be:

- Degree holder in Design or related disciplines with at least 6 years of jewellery or related product design and development experience

- Good understanding of the jewellery industry and market trend

- Proven track record of strong and creative design

- Proficient in design software such as Photoshop, Jewel Cad, AutoCAD, 3D Studio Max, Illustrator, etc

- Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skill

- Proficient in spoken and written Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
