Our client, the world’s largest luxury beauty group is now looking for a AM Manager to join their dynamic team to lead regional VM project.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and drive the implementation of the VM direction for the brand in Asia region
• Consistent brand alignment and standards throughout Asia region, ultimately improving the customer experience and maximizing the sales and profit
• Develop launch guidelines and calendar for Asia market with Regional team
• Accountable for driving creative innovation in the Field to support Global and Local projects
• Communicate clear action plans and priorities to achieve operational excellence
• Provide consistent coaching and training across Regional team to achieve desired merchandising standards, ensure the region has a cohesive understanding of the VM direction
• Provide feedback to Store teams to ensure brand standards are achieved

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree holder in Design
• 6-8 years of hands on VM experiences where 2-3 years in beauty industry, prefer with regional or Travel Retail experiences
• High proficiency in Computer skills, Photoshop, Illustrator, AutoCAD, Sketch Up and 3D Studio Max a plus
• A strong understanding/interest in the retail industry of Skincare/Cosmetics/Fragrances
• Strong communication skills, creative, independent and able to meet tight deadlines
• Good command of both written & spoken English and Mandarin
• candidates with less experiences can be considered as Regional Visual Merchandiser
