Company Description

Our client is a leading home and furniture brand with expensive network of POS. They are one of few retailers who are stilling expanding in Hong Kong. They are planning to upgrade their store as a customer experience center rather than just a retail outlet. They are now looking for a Production and Technical Manager to join their Tailor-made project team

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide the technical team to ensure product details of furniture fit customers’ requirements before production
• Ensure production process compliant with original design
• Work with production team to ensure the production quality
• Follow up technical issues incurred by production defect, damage during delivery
• Work with manufacturer to identify and resolve root problems
• Develop new training guideline for new joiner to improve their technical skills
• Work with Merchandising team to source new potential products

Requirements

• 3 years’ or above working experience in furniture industry 
• Strong knowledge in Furniture products
• Open to candidate from manufacturing/ design background
• Good command of English and Mandarin
• Less Experience will be considered as Production and Technical Supervisor
