Responsibilities:

• Generate purchase orders for fabric, trims and accessories in the ERP
• Manage Vendor accounts, Follow up with Approvals & Delivery
• Manage and Maintain F&T inventory in Hong Kong factory and distribute to sub contractors 
• Maintain Material Usage for Costing Purposes
• Maintain Product Life Cycle Files
• Issuance of Production Orders
• Follow up with T&A, production systems, production plan, productivity, quality and on time delivery
• Request and organize all necessary samples from factories 

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years relevant experience 
• Detail-oriented
• Good communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills
• Spoken and written English and Cantonese
• Strong PC skills is essential (MS Office Suite, especially Excel)
• Familiar with Microsoft Dynamics NAV system is preferred but not mandatory
• Be a good team player, mature and independent
• Can work under pressure
