Qualifications:

• Educated in Graphic Design/Advertising Design/Visual Communications/Creative Media or related disciplines. Degree/Diploma in Design related discipline is a bonus.
• Related and relevant experiences will be good

Job Description:

• Work with Brand Design Lead and other teams to ideate and sustain the company as an unique and stand-out brand.
• Define and elevate the company’s look and feel.
• Help maintaining consistent style and standards for the brand across the company.
• Develop visuals for the whole group company being easily used across countries and media.
• Combining marketing and graphic design to help create the visual materials that represent the company, with good time management skills..
• Updating the company’s corporate identity and guidelines time by time to keep the company abreast of market trends.
• Handle all the productions work for all brand materials produced.
• Help in art buying processes in different projects, e.g. sourcing photographers, illustrators or other related partners.
• Liase with other partners, e.g. production house, printers, or other related partners,  ensuring optimal resourcing if needed.
• Communicate with different countries and departments to get others engaged and endorsed.

Skills:

• Proficiency in design software, including but not limited to Adobe Creative Suite is mandatory, Sketch, motion graphic skills a plus.
• Experienced in UI/UX design is a big plus.
• Must be able to work collectively in diverse teams.
• Must be able to multitask and remain organised.
• A quick learner with a positive can do attitude.
• Fast-paced and self-motivating working style.
• Team oriented with a collaborative style.
