Qualifications:

• Educated in Graphic Design/Advertising Design/Visual Communications/Creative Media or related disciplines. Degree/Diploma in Design related discipline is a bonus.
• At least 9+ years’ relevant experiences in brand design or related disciplines.

Job description:

• Combining marketing and graphic design to help create the visual materials that represent the company, with good time management skills and meeting professional standards.
• Updating the company’s corporate identity and guidelines time by time to keep the company abreast of market trends.
• Help defining strategically on medium and long term brand direction.
• Driving strong brand positioning and image in various markets.
• Overseeing all marketing materials from different countries, to ensure that images and messages appropriately contribute to brand identity, and to create consistency.
• Help on producing materials for all countries that satisfy the needs of the business.
• Liase with other external agency partners, ensuring optimal resourcing if needed.
• Communicate with different countries and departments to get others engaged and endorsed.

Skills:

• Proficiency in design software, including but not limited to Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and more.
• Innovative, resourceful and with strong commercial sense
• Experienced in UI/UX design is a big bonus.
• Must be able to multitask and remain organised.
• Must be able to work collectively with communications professionals.
• Fluent in English and Chinese.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Good organizational skill.
