Responsibilities:

• Understand regional VM direction & execution guidelines to ensure the brand image is projected correctly at store level
• Responsible for project management including roadshow & pop-up to make sure on-time set-up and in line with brand direction & safety standard.
• Assist in execution of visual merchandising functions to support product launch and marketing campaigns, including windows, seasonal brand imagery change out & POSM delivery, in a timely manner.
• Work closely with marketing team and field team on the production and implementation of in-store visual merchandising display, POP and fixture for both new store & store revamp.
• Work closely with contractors for quotations, installations schedule and maintenance works in a cost-effective manner
• Maintain and monitor the cleanliness and functionality of fixture, signage and equipment
• Keep track of fixture assets and a photo library of all fixtures, retail POSM, and shop visit photos
• Regular collect market feedback to improve effectiveness of in-store VM tools/strategies

Requirements:

• High diploma in Visual Merchandising, Design or related disciplines
• At least 2 years' experience in visual merchandising, preferable with experience in retail marketing
• Analytical, creative, result-oriented and passionate about in-store brand building and merchandising
• Possess good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Sketch up, Indesign, Photoshop and MS Office
• Immediate availability is preferred
