Responsibilities

Creative - Develop creative design solutions in collaboration with the Marketing team:

• In house collaterals (varied range of sales and event materials)
• Trade clients' point of sale materials
• Provide general design assistance to other team members

Artwork / Production

• Prepare files for production
• Produce in house; print and collate POSM produced internally
• Produce work to specifications for production; liaison with suppliers under supervision

Details of deliverables (POSM and templates)

In house collaterals

• Sales material: wine catalogue, sell sheet, wine product sheet, training material
• Event material: tasting booklet, order form, signage
• Email campaigns

Clients' POSM

• On trade (restaurants, bars, hotels): wine list, poster, tent card, tasting booklet, etc.
• Off trade (retailers): gift boxes, shelve-talkers, neck-tags, merchandising display, etc.

General Administration

• Efficiently manage time to meet project deadlines, as determined by manager
• Maintain electronic filing of work

Skills and requirements

• Adobe CS6 – Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign
• MS Office
• Knowledge of HTML would be advantageous but not essential
• Good communication & interpersonal skills
• An interest in wine and the Food & Beverage industry

Applicant who has much experience may be considered as a Senior Graphic Designer.
