As Team Player assist Team Leader to

• Identify opportunities for strategic expansion of Kumon centre network in Hong Kong
• Recruit like-minded people to become Kumon instructors
• Organize instructors’ recruitment orientation
• Liaise with external parties to handle various franchise, renovation and licensing related matters
• Assist prospective instructors in site searching and tenancy negotiation as well as finalizing rental agreement
• Ensure the centre set up according to Kumon’s requirement and standard

Required Profile

• Degree holder and preferably major in Business Administration or equivalent
• With 2-3 years’ of working experience; candidate with less experience but has enthusiasm for education industry will also be considered.
• With knowledge in franchising or business development is preferred
• Able to work independently and under pressure
