Job Description

The appointee will be required to supervise students in their clinical training; perform other teaching and learning activities, including preparing and developing teaching materials, supervising clinical projects, tutorials and laboratory-based practical classes, evaluating clinical performance and skills; act as student advisors and counselors; provide support to co-curricular activities; take part in the School’s administration and consultancy; undertake professional service to external professional body/organization and provide public services to the community; contribute to strategic initiatives of the College, management and administration, etc.; coordinate student clinical placement with local, national and overseas healthcare agencies; and perform any other duties as assigned.

Applicants should possess a Master’s degree in Nursing or a closely related discipline with not less than 10 years (for Senior Clinical Associate) or 5 years (for Clinical Associate) of post-registration clinical experience in hospital/ community setting; a valid Registered Nurse practicing certificate issued by the Nursing Council of Hong Kong; demonstrated a high level of competence in clinical teaching and evidence of continuing development as clinical mentor; and with good communication skills and be able to use English as the medium of instruction.

Salary will be competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience.
