Duties
Responsible for (i) performing daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes; (ii) Windows/Linux Server and Network support including administration, configuration, upgrade, deployment; (iii) IT vendor management and other administrative work related to IT; (iv) developing and maintaining installation and configuration procedures; (v) conducting user training sessions and preparing user guides; (vi) implementing server virtualization and migration projects; and (vii) undertaking such other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Appointment Criteria
Applicants should: (i) have a recognised Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines; (ii) have at least 3 years’ relevant work experience; (iii) have knowledge of VMWare, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange; (iv) have excellent analytical skills; and (v) be proactive, a good team player and able to work independently with capability documentation and a sense of accountability.
