Job Description
Duties:
- Planning & development of school projects and support our Education Centre operations;
- Deliver quality education activities and organizing functions & events to enhance recycling food waste awareness;
- Co-ordinate with internal departments & outside parties for the promotion operations & logistics of the education programs;
- Prepare project proposals, progress & financial reports;
- Support various functions for the projects such as meetings, events arrangement, training & seminars to facilitate smooth delivery of the projects;
- Assist to recruit and manage volunteers and perform other administrative duties for community kitchen when necessary;
- Assist in managing other ad hoc projects or events when necessary.
Requirements:
- Degree holder of any discipline (Major in Environment Management will be an advantage);
- 3 years relevant work experience in NGO or Education industry;
- Experience in liaising with Schools or NGO will be an advantage;
- Computer literacy in MS office;
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
- Mature, presentable, highly-organized and excellent people skills;
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
