Job duties:

• Assist in developing strategies and relationship to build the School brand to achieve desired prominence in the market place
• Promote and enhance the image and reputation of the School through the development and implementation of marketing plans, media and public relations activities, internal communication and school identity strategy
• Assist in digital content creation and analysis, brochures and marketing materials, campaign content and events and promotions for the purposes of fundraising, student recruitment and reputation development
• Support the fundraising of the school including coordinating and administering the system and processes for gifts, donor meetings, events and stewardship activities
• Draft official speeches and documents, including research, fact checking and editing
• Develop suitable ways of communicating complex information to all school stakeholders
• Liaise with key departments to develop proactive communications plans to support their department objectives, projects and programs
• Promote and attend school/ community events during and after business hours
• Proofread and edit school-related documents and publications
• Perform any other duties to achieve school’s objectives as assigned by the Director and Managers of School Development Department and / or delegates

 Requirements:

• Degree holder in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or other related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
• Mature, self-motivated, proactive and have ability of multi-tasking
• Strong analytical, organization and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail – ability to manage and prioritize competing demands
• Strong language skills in both verbal and written English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Mandarin
• Be proficient in computer applications, and having knowledge of Photoshop  and Illustrator will be an advantage
