Job Description:

• Deliver training programs that focus on soft skills/intelligence enhancement to students of various age group including babies, children and teenagers (7months to 18 years old).
• Administrate psychometrics assessments to children/families, including internationally recognized ability tests and developmental screening.
• Provide consultative advice to parents regarding children development, learning needs and assessment reports.
• Responsible for training operations & administration, seminars as well as consultancy services.
• Participate in various overseas exchange programs and provide training services in different countries.
• Handle assigned ad hoc projects; travel will be required.

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in Psychology, Education, Sociology, Language, Counselling or related discipline.
• 2 – 3 years of experience in teaching, program design, curriculum planning or equivalent.
• Professional and should take pride in delivering excellence and strive to make an impact in others’ lives.
• Experience in playgroup, or gifted children development with international exposure will be beneficial.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Mandarin and English.
• Franchise/wholesale operation experience would be an added advantage.
• Available to work on weekends.

*More experienced applicant will be considered as Assistant Training Manager.

Training will be provided to suitable candidates. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
