Job Description:

Perform product evaluation and testing for professional audio visual and control system products based on hardware and software performance during product development process. Handle quality assurance and testing before shipment

Key Responsibilities:

• Based on product specifications from Product Manager, generate detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases for new and existing products
• Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents from factories
• Estimate, prioritize, plan and handle testing activities
• Identify, record and document bugs thoroughly for factories to reproduce
• Monitor debugging process results
• Effectively communicate with overseas office to gather their testing feedbacks
• Perform thorough testing to make sure bugs are resolved
• Liaise closely with internal product, project and system support teams to identify product requirements
• Review the inspection defects for shipment release
• Stay closely attached with new testing tools and strategies
• Vendor factory visits & inspections

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering, or equivalent
• Strong analytical skills and able to work under tight timeline
• Detail-minded
• Innovative, proactive and a strong team player
• Good command in English and Mandarin written and verbal communication
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of User experience is preferred
• Knowledge of test scripts is preferred
• With at least 5-year working experience in the field
• Fresh graduates also welcomed and will be considered for an assistant role
