Jobs Responsibilities:

• To provide product presentation, product support, demo and training at customer site;
• To ensure achievement of customers’ satisfaction and provide best technical service for customers;
• To assist customers in troubleshooting and pre/post sales activities on site and remotely;

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or related Engineering disciplines;
• Good command of spoken and written English; Fluent in Cantonese
• Knowledge of TCP/IP networking  and optical/Ethernet  technologies is an advantage
• Experience in telecommunication is an advantage
• Willing to learn new technologies
• Good communication and presentation skills, mature, responsible and self-motivated, be able to work independently
