Responsibilities:

• Formulate, develop and review the policies and procedure of project management to ensure all relevant licenses and permits are issued on time including negotiating with the landlords, utility companies and statutory authorities;
• Plan, execute and monitor all development processes to ensure the project runs smoothly to meet the timelines in cost effectiveness;
• Plan and develop site inspection, construction monitoring and coordination work with all related parties to ensure efficient operation with quality controls;
• Lead and supervise a project team to plan and achieve the assigned tasks of fit-out, maintenance and renovation works for new and existing shops;
• Ad hoc assignment when required

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above in Building and Engineering or related disciplines;
• 6-8 years experience in retail and/or restaurant fitting out project;
• Familiar with fitting out document preparation for landlord submission and handling full set of construction drawings and technical drawings;
• Excellent project planning, organization and execution skills;
• Strong site supervision, time management and quality control abilities;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Self-motivated, mature and independent;
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese;
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook & Chinese word processing);
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Project Manager
