Responsibilities:

Managing and monitoring of existing MTR project in Hong Kongwhere our company acts as the main contractor

• Communications and coordination with end customer and subcontractors for liaison on technical issues;
• Assist to Project Manager (PM) for coordination of subcontractors’ on-site activities on daily basis;
• Report to PM and end customer for all on-site activities undertaken and completed on daily basis;
• Attend to night site works at existing MTR stations to supervise and verify subcontractors’ on-site activities, and to resolve any issue promptly if occurred;

Requirements:

•  Higher Diploma/Associate Degree holder in Engineering related or equivalent is preferred

• 1-3 years working experience in project-based business or similar

• Experience in railway related business will be a big advantage

• With aggressive personality and agility

• Good team player with strong interpersonal skills

• Logical thinker

• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure and independently without close supervision

• Good command of speaking and writing English and Cantonese

• Site working experience is preferred

• Immediate Availability is preferred

• This term contract is subject to be reviewed and/or renewed after contract expiry depending on actual project situation
