Responsibilities:

The role will be in charged of R&D Department Ensure compliance with respective test and quality standards Able to give recommendations to the management in relation to new technology trends and market situations Assist in defining production problems, analyzing data, and communicating an action plan to improve product and operating performance Liaise with customers, suppliers and designers proactively for technical issue Conduct technology transfer of R&D results to production and provide coaching to others

Requirements:

• University graduated in Mechanical / Electronic or other similar disciplines
• Minimum 5 years in managerial grade of R&D Department and LED lighting industry will definitely be an advantage
• Knowledge of international LED lighting standards, familiar with LED lighting testing procedures and standards, e.g. Photometry test, IP test, Endurance test, Run time etc.
• Self-motivated, strong in analytical and problem solving skill, time management and cost management
• Detail oriented and good communication skill with fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin Able to work under pressure and work independently Station at factory in Dongguan
