Job Description

• Responsible for local project supervision in both project pre-sales and processing phases;
• Monitor and manage project schedule and job related issues with cross functional teams and project stakeholders such as customer’s project coordinators, inspectors and engineers through regular meeting, email and/or other communication channels;
• Responsible for managing the project implementation includes preparing project cycle, costing, status report and project related documentation to project team, senior management and customers;
• Convene regular engineering and material review meetings in order to resolve related issues in advance with cross functional teams;
• Support on-site services for system and product installation, commissioning, calibration, repair & subsequent support and maintenance services to customers.
• Act as liaison between sales team, application and service support, and product management.
• Support adhoc project assigned by the company.
• Coordination work with overseas service team on the installation and technical support.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or equivalent qualification in Environmental Studies or Electronic Engineering.
• Min. 1 years relevant experience in project coordination.
• Knowledge on power and waste incineration management is an advantage.
• Willing to work in power plant, crematorium and high temperature environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and presentation skills with project focus.
• Positive attitude, proactive, good team player, responsible, able to work independently.
• Able to work under pressure in night shift on ad hoc project.
• Fluent in both spoken & written English and Putonghua.

Office Location: Ngau Tau Kok
