Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Collect and manage technical information and ISO documentation
- Conduct technical analysis to improve maintenance quality and handle product quality feedback
- Provide technical support and training to field staff
- Provide system support and training to internal customer
Requirements:
- Higher diploma or above in Building Service/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
- Knowledge of PC (Words, Excel, Power Point)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in training business and / or lift and escalator business
- Good/Excellent English and local language skills
- Good/Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
