Job Descriptions

• Lead and manage technical teams in HK & PRC offices;
• Recruit, train and supervise technical members in material recommendation, mold trial and troubleshooting;
• Work with various department heads in strategic planning and new project development;
• Conduct project review with Business Development and Marketing Department regularly;
• Optimize the operation and communication flow of Technical Services Department;
• Keep track of the latest technical development of our strategic partners and provide up-to-date reports of industry trends;
• As Core Executive Team member.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor degree, in Management, Chemical / Manufacturing Engineering or related disciplines would be preferred;
• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing industry;
• 5+ years relevant experience with supervisory position;
• Experience in project development and plastic industry would be an advantage;
• Strong customer facing and people management skills;
• Good command of English & Putonghua (both spoken and written);
• Moderate travel in PRC is required;
• Applicant with less experience would be considered as Technical Manager.
