Responsibilities:

• To manage the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of multiple or large scale projects
• To work with local and overseas customers in automotive industry
• To implement engagement review and quality assurance procedures on ISO & TS16949 requirement
• To minimize our exposure and risk across multiple projects
• To compare financial data for practice to that of other practices and seek ways to maximize revenue
• To work with our sales team so as to provide best service to our customers
• To serve as key participant in team and customers meetings
  
• To assess training needs and select training tools for teams members

Requirement:

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering, with master degree in Engineering Management is highly preferred.
• 3-6 years experience in project management, with at least 2 years at managerial level & having working experience in automotive industry is highly preferred
• A pro-active self-starter who can operate both individually and as part of a team
• Strong character and good leadership skill that can direct the team to achieve the company goal
• Excellent problem solving and management skill
• Superior presentation and excellent oral and written communication skills
• Good PC skill
• Good command of both Mandarin and English
• Willing to station in China plant
