Job Description
Based in HK, the Solution Sales Manager will be assigned to the key accounts. They will lead the discussions on solution, beyond core to mobile internet solutions (CPAAS, VoIP, Cloud, IoT and MI). Understand the IT&T industry and able to represent M800 to all audiences.
Requirements and Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of relevant solution and products including detailed understanding of customer business environment, market trends, value proposition and competitive landscape
- Position M800 solutions and products and act as a trusted advisor to provide excellent account management to MNC, and consulting service and act as a trusted advisor to customers
- Able to create/Identify qualify and close deal in a professional manner
- Excellent of communication and collaboration skills, customer relationship mapping and to able to reach the CXO level and with internal stakeholders
- Good presentation skills strategically to influence IT and Non IT audiences.
Essential:
- University graduate in Computer Science or other experience in the related field as equivalent.
- Capability to sell M800 solution portfolio to all the target audiences and to C-level
- Strong sales DNA, proven sales experience (5 years) on IT&T industry and track record of over-achieving targets
- Good interpersonal skills, ability to build and maintain a good relationship with customer.
- Ability to enthuse and excite the customer ; Positive and Can do attitude ; Keen to win business, hardworking, passionate and deliver consistently
- Fluent English, Cantonese and Putonghua
- Willing to travel
- More than 5 years may consider as Senior Solution Sales Manager
