Purpose of Position

Responsible for handling daily enquires from customers to their fully satisfaction and processing of sales orders and scheduling their distribution to ensure on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicating effectively with local/ overseas customers, understanding their requirements and building good personal relationship
• Coordinating with Sales Managers and different departments to assure all orders are served and followed up in the right manner
• Monitoring and overseeing order process to make sure orders are correctly confirmed and advised
• Overseeing customer payment and offering after-sales service
• Supporting administrative duties delegated by Insides Sales Manager, including courier delivery, report preparation and other tasks upon request
• Involving in and assisting Inside Sales Manager, upon request, any activities on market communication programs being launched

Job Requirements

• Tertiary education in business/ administration/ engineering disciplines with 2 to 3 years experience in trading/ manufacturing industries is an advantage
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Energetic, initiative to learn and can work under pressure
• Mature, independent, detail-oriented and with good sense of numbers
• A good team player with strong interpersonal and presentation skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications
