DUTIES

• Responsible for the general administration of the Engineering Department, including proper maintenance and repair of all buildings, fixtures, fittings and equipment as well as technical improvements, preventive maintenance and utilities consumption control
• Overall control, co-ordinate and supervise on all activities related to handling and supplying F&B operating equipment, cleanliness of pantry, dishwashing and overall safety in all steward related

 REQUIREMENTS

• Holder of Degree in Building Service, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years working experience in hotel facilities management or property management
• Holder of Registered Electrical Worker License (Grade B or above)
• Strong leadership, independent and able to handle challenges
• Well organized, good communications and quality driven
• Excellent skills in training, mentoring and motivating colleagues
• Excellent command of written & spoken English
