Requirements：

1、大专及以上学历，10年以上塑胶厂工程经验，5年以上本岗位管理经验

At least 10 years of working experience in a plastics manufacturing company; at least 5 years experience in engineering management

2、熟悉塑胶产品的设计开发及模具, 注塑成型/二次加工工艺

Familiar with the design and development of plastic products, injection molding and secondary process

3、熟悉塑胶行业生产流程及质量标准

Familiar with plastic industry production process and quality standards

4、熟悉2D/3D绘图软件、ERP/SAP系统、ISO质量管理体系

Familiar with 2D/3D drawing software, ERP/SAP system and ISO/IATF16949/IS013485quality management system 

5、具较强的管理，分析，沟通表达，组织协调，执行能力

Strong capability in management, analysis, communication, coordination and execution

6、英语读、说、写流利为佳

Fluent in English reading, speaking and writing is preferred

Requirements：

1、对塑胶制品生产工艺及流程进行分析、评估并监督执行。

Analyzes and assesses the manufacturing processes of plastic products

2、组织制定产品工艺方案、编制工艺文件的技术标准，推动自动化生产进程。

Establishes process planning and documentation, promotes automatic production。

3、配合采购部对供应商进行生产技术的可行性评估。

Cooperates with purchasing department to evaluate the feasibility of the production technology of the supplier

4、对本部门员工进行培训、考核及日常工作。

Be responsible for the training and assessmentfor the subordinates
