Responsibilities:
 
The audio & video technician reports to the Director of Engineering and responsible for   providing dedicated audiovisual and technical services to hotel guests in line with hotel business objectives and service quality.
 
The position is also responsible for the set up and operation of small to large-scale audiovisual systems with a focus on audio, video, computer, lighting and broadcasting projector for meeting and wedding events while ensuring the utmost in guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Audiovisual from technical institute
• Minimum 3 years’ field experience with proven track record in hospitality industry
• Independent, good team player with excellent interpersonal and communications skills
• Strong customer service skills and passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service
• Detail-minded, well-organized, good judgment, ability of problem solving and training
• Strong knowledge of audio-visual equipment, internet, telecommunication technology
• Able to work irregular hours, weekends and evenings
• Effectively manage time and respond quickly to last minute request
