We are recruiting an experienced, highly energetic mobile and adaptive forward Semiconductor Process/Fabrication Engineer for wafer level vacuum packaging (WLVP) of MEMs devices, as a part of our integrated semiconductor chip sequencing technology. This position will involve working in a fast-moving cross-discipline and highly creative environment. Daily job activities will include setting up foundry assembly and packaging processes of integrated MEMS devices utilizing metal evaporation, lithography, membrane release, wafer level bonding and wafer dicing all while having the unique opportunity of interfacing with our scientists.

You need to be an adaptive forward-thinking person able to handle complex problem solving, team management, superb documentation and excellent team interaction. Hands on experience with CMOS wafer level packaging processes in class 100 clean room environment and set up of CMOS fab tools will make for a highly successful candidate. 

• Clean room experience is a must.
• Experience in Planning and Managing class 100 prototype scale manufacturing line for WLVP
• Pro-active assessment of risks/failure model
• Continue cost/quality/cycle time/functional performance improvement of processes
• Document processes implementation and qualification plan
• Design and implementation of manufacturing systems for production environment
• Apply FMEA based approach to production line/data and system development to insure highly effective but low overhead approach to process capability monitoring
• Able to interface with and lead integrated teams involving manufacturing and R&D
• Develop experiments to identify key relationships between parametric changes and product functional performance with detail data collection and analysis skill
• Bachelor / Master degree in Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Physics or relevant major or equivalent 2 years of industry experience in semiconductor fabrication environments
• Proficient with Word, Excel, Project, Power Point
• Proficient in English and Mandarin (Putonghua)
