Role and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for aircraft maintenance contract negotiation and outstation maintenance support management;
• Proceed REP,RFQ for maintenance operation, including Line and Base Maintenance demand;
• Negotiate SGHA / SLA and other contracts or agreements with potential service providers;
• Responsible to organize and coordinate for new station maintenance operation arrangement;
• Evaluate and make comparison for all potential service providers;
• Perform service provider's survey or inspection as require;
• Monitor the performance of all contracted service providers;
• Establish effective communication and good relationship with service providers.

Qualifications:

• Degree holder or above;
• Minimum 4 years working experience in MRO or airlines;
• Familiar of the entire process in handling Line and Base maintenance arrangement;
• Aircraft maintenance basic knowledge is preferable;
• Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese language is a plus.

• Effective decision making skills and willingness of taking responsibility;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with people at different levels in between the company and outside parties;
• Flexible and willing to work on different projects;
• Willing to travel extensively.
