Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute investor events including investor meetings, conferences and road shows;
• Prepare press releases, interim and annual reports, presentation materials, script and Q&A for meetings with analysts, investors and media;
• Coordinate corporate events such as results presentations, site visits and AGMs;
• Maintain an effective communication platform with the investment community by handling enquiries in a timely manner;
• Monitor and analyze the investment community’s view on the Company;
• Conduct industry research and financial analysis;
• Update and maintain IR website and investors database.

Requirements

• Degree holderin Communications/Finance/Accounting/Business Administration or related disciplines;
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in investor relations in listed companies is a MUST;
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua will be a definite advantage;
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, arithmetic and analytical skills;
• Good PC skills including MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Chinese Word Processing;
• Good knowledge in financial & stock market;
• Independent, self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
