Job Description
Responsibilities:
- To closely coordinate with the Industrial Engineering business experts, be in charge of taking responsibility in Projects Management including but not limited to business continuous improvements, IT developments implementations and deployment or even building up of brand new Airbus FHS logistic platforms.
- Be responsible for the delivery and performance (contractual service level agreements, KPIs) for the Services provided to CRK regarding A350 fleet through the selected suppliers base and is accountable for following the processes, procedures detailed within the FHS manual applicable to their allocated contracts.
- To contribute selling additional services to the customer complementing the services solution during the delivery phase
- To be a “Solution Sale” of the package which is tailored for on-wing and off-wing maintenance services to meet the overall requirements of the airline customers, ranging from FHS up to a Tailored Support Package (TSP) that are delivered by cooperating with a partner, suppliers such as OEMs / MROs / other service providers, subsidiaries or between several Operating Units
- To actively participate in a new solution definition or a business improvement, deploy the agreed solution in a project mode. The LBIP or GPP project mode management is the recommended way of handling and drum beating such projects. These projects shall consider all necessary work packages so that the different aspects such as warehousing, distribution, customs management, transportation, IT development, trainings …etc. are tackled.
- To monitor the performance and contract service level (operational & quality performance) through clear and consistent reporting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) with the objective to achieve dispatch reliability targets
- To propose all appropriate actions to protect operational and financial performance of the FHS contract
Qualifications Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Project Management, Mechanical Engineering or Aviation related
- 3-5 years’ experience on international business, international logistics, INCOTERM
- Excellent knowledge in project management / Logistic/customer relation and associated methods (LBIP, GPP, etc.)
- Background in Civil Aviation, continued airworthiness, regulations
- Experience in airline or MRO technical services or technical supplies is a plus
- Excellent written and spoken English & Chinese (ideally Mandarin & Cantonese) level
- Ability to work under pressure and flexibility to travel frequently
