Job Description

To be responsible for day-to-day supervision of in-house technicians and contractors on operation, routine repair and maintenance in a private members Club. He / She will also be responsible for attending emergency calls, coordination with suppliers and contractors, and preparation of reports on incidents of system.

Job Duties:

  • Coordinate plant service activities, including installation, maintenance, and machine troubleshooting
  • Develop preventive maintenance schedules and handled all follow through
  • Responsible to manage the technicians to carry out machine overhauling according to the annual schedule.
  • Maintain the utility supply or associated machines in good condition, such as, compressed air, lighting, air conditioning system and CCTV system.
  • To give instruction to the licensed electrical contractor in installing MCB distribution board and industrial services, equipment and wiring.
  • To conduct in-house training for technicians to implement their routine work
  • Analyse the cause of problem for machine trouble shooting.  Familiar with logic circuit control and P.L.C.
  • To assist the Facilities Manager for technical/engineering related aspects in event set up
  • To prepare ad hoc reports as requested by the Facilities Manager
  • Work on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays, night works and ad hoc events which required.

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Higher Diploma in Electrical /Building Services / Mechanical Engineering or above
  • Certification of registration of electrical worker in Grade A; Certification in Grade B will be an advantage
  • At least 2-3 years technical experience/ repair and maintenance in properties, preferably from private members club or hotel industry
  • Computer-literate in managing inventory system and Excel. Knowledge of IT software will be an advantage.
  • Responsible, meticulous, and independent
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese
