負責監督及安排大廈日常物業保養及維修、項目管理及管理分判商合約等工作

3-5年相關工作經驗

須持有認可消防、屋宇裝備、電機工程學證書或文憑

具有成本計算、編制報價單、管理承建商及分判商合約經驗

持有效電工
-
懂電腦操作、CAD 繪圖及文書處理，可獲優先考慮

如經驗較低者，將考慮為助理工程監督
