Requirements

• Degree in an environmental and engineering discipline;
• Completed the Environmental Officer Course and minimum three to five years of experience in site work environment in relation to environmental impact assessment and/or EM&A process;
• A member of the Hong Kong Institute of Acoustics, or Hong Kong Institute of Environmental Impact Assessment, Chartered Institute of Water and Environmental Management and/or Hong Kong Institute of Qualified Environmental Professional;
• BEAM Plus project experiences including works-related document preparation and submission, management of subcontractors through the BEAM Plus process, good communication with the subcontractors and design team, will be an added advantage;
• Lead or assist project delivery in key infrastructure projects with a construction programme of about 8 years; and
• Supervise the implementation of the legal and contractual environmental requirements, carry out regular site inspections, attend environmental meetings and review technical submissions from other parties.
