Responsibilities: 

• Consolidates customer requirements and translate them into a new service project with commercial evaluation
• Maintain existing assigned customer base and revenue
• Facing with vendors, partners for project negotiation
• Prepare project documentation over the entire project life-cycle, e.g. user requirements, budget preparation, procurement, contract and management report preparation
• Act as business anchor for reviewing the new projects' contract
• Source & manage a number of outsourced or service providers for having multiple projects implemented concurrently
• Prepare and Conduct presentation to different levels of audience within the organisation
• Develop new services or business solutions with solution consultants to meet customers' requirement and assigned business objectives

Requirements: 

• Bachelor Degree in Telecommunication, IT relevant discipline
• 5-7 years experience in Telecom sector is preferable
• Good understanding of international enterprise market
• Good communication and negotiation skills in communicating with internal and external parties
• Good command of verbal and written Chinese and English, and able to communicate in Mandarin
• Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel
