• Higher Diploma or Diploma in Building Services Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years' relevant experience
• Good command of wriitten and spoken English and Chinese
• Good PC knowledge in MS Office and Chinese word processing
• Registration of a Grade B Electrical Holder is perferable
• The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the buildings repair and maintenance, handling clients’ enquiries and complaints, property/ facility management and building service engineering, and ad hoc duties assigned by the site managers
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
• Working Location: Tai Po
