• Oversee daily operations of the plant to ensure optimum and timely production output
• Deploy Lean Manufacturing methodology to drive improvements in plant operation to achieve business and cost objectives
• Ensure Environmental, Health and Safety, manufacturing and quality standards and procedures are properly adhered to
• Effective resource allocation to fully utilize assets for optimum operation
• Work with product line management, engineering and other department managers to incorporate best practices into the manufacturing environment

Requirements:

• Degree in Industrial, Electronics, Manufacturing Engineering or related discipline
• 10 years of experience in Electronic Manufacturing Environment
• Experience of leading a manufacturing function
• Proven track record in strategic manufacturing leadership in driving lean manufacturing, efficiency, productivity and cost improvement
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
