Candidates will be assigned to specific sub-functions based on their experience and based in one of our South East Asia Office. We currently have a need for someone be part of the Station Electrical and Mechanical Services for an Underground Railway Metro.

Job Summary:

• The position arises in one of our South East Asia Office and the candidate will be a key member of the
• Detailed Design Consulting team.
• Responsible for management of underground railway station electrical and mechanical services design, A&A on existing stations, coordination and construction supervision.
• Responsible for overall coordination with station architectural, civil, structural, railway systems designers, contractors for the design and construction of the station electrical and mechanical services. 
• Manage the overall design process of station electrical and mechanical services, monitor the deliverables progress and quality.
• Lead, direct, evaluate and develop a design team.
• Project management and contract administration, construction coordination and supervision.
• Manage compilation of technical reports, interfacing matrix, interface specifications, designs, materials and workmanship specifications, testing and commissioning, drawings and documents.

Minimum Requirements:

• Degree holder in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 15 years relevant work experience in design, planning, project management, and / or construction of metro railway.
• Experience in station electrical and mechanical services design, construction and coordination for underground railway metro system.
• Experience in other railway systems are advantage.
• Demonstrate proven track records in implementation and monitoring of design deliverables, coordination with M&E and other disciplines.
• Experience of using BIM as part of integration process is a definite advantage.
• Experience of construction coordination, testing and commissioning is a definite advantage.
• Able to work independently, lead and coordinate with a team of core system designers and contractors.
• Membership or a recognized professional Institute is an advantage.
• Good command of both written and spoken English.
• Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal and project management skills.
• Based in South East Asia and work in a multi-cultural environment.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Associate.
