Job duties -

• Coordinate Quality and Purchasing China services in support of the General Manager in our Dongguan office;
• Implement the procedures and the quality policy given by the quality service from HQ France;
• Organize technical tests : laboratory estimate, send samples, follow-up of the project;
• Organize the validation of the golden samples : bring the sample, test by QC, complete and update the technical sheet;
• Implementation of action plan with suppliers in relation to customer specifications;
• Participate in the drafting of control ranges, defects in collaboration with HQ France;
• Analysis of inspection reports and problem solving;
• Be able to participate in the R&D process, involve in the development of road map with suppliers.

Requirements -

• Degree holder in Electrical / Electronic engineering or related disciplines;
• Station in Dongguan office, familiar with China and willing to travel throughout the region to meet with supply base;
• 5 years or above experience in generalist engineer specialized in consumer electrical / electronic products, preferably with a French or European company, on the export part of China;
• Have proven experience of quality management and know the market regulations;
• Good command of spoken & written English and Putonghua, French would be a plus;
• Dynamic, initiative, with strong propensity to work in a multicultural team;
