Senior Engineer / Engineer

Key Roles and Responsibilities

lResponsible for the operation, calibration and maintenance of Purified Water System, Compressed Air System, HVAC System, production machineries, plant facilities etc.

lAssist in equipment and system validations.

lResponsible for new projects such as expansion/optimization of production and plant facilities, projects initiated by QA department etc., and ensure the project works are in full compliance with PIC/S GMP.

lAssist in preparing user requirements specification and technical specification for system, equipment, components and parts etc. for procurement.

lEnsure all maintenance works and documentation comply with PIC/S GMP requirements.

lConduct site supervision and inspection to monitor and assess the performance of all external construction/E&M contractors.

lAssist in implementation of PIC/S GMP.

lProvide technical supports to other departments.

Qualifications and Experiences

lHigher diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Building Services or related fields.

lAt least 3 years working experience in pharmaceutical GMP manufacturing is preferred. Less experience may be considered and entitled as Engineer.

lFamiliar with building regulations, electricity regulations, fire service regulations etc.

lRegistered Electrical Worker (Grade A) is required

lExperience in managing external contractors.

lGood computer skills and proficient in AutoCad.

lHands-on experience in HVAC systems and experience in clean room is an added advantage.

lFamiliar with PIC/S GMP guidelines is highly preferred.

lSelf-initiative, good interpersonal & communication skills and good team player.

lGood command in both spoken and written English and Chinese.

lImmediate availability is highly preferred
