To be qualified for the assignment, the candidate should have the following elements:

• Degree in Electronic Engineering or related disciplines
• Over 12 years working experience in the OEM, ODM and related Electronics Industries with Power Electronics exposure
• Competent in dealing with design related matters in relation to Inverter (DC-AC), Rectifier (AC-DC), Converter (AC-AC and DC-DC) and other related Power Electronics applications
• Proven track records in leading the Electronic Hardware Design Team to develop various Electronics Products as well as solve technical problems
• Good in handling technical problems and managing technical staff with proven track records
• Mature, professional and technical with good communication, presentation, analytical, problem solving, project management and business skills
• Able to give recommendations to the management in relation to new technology trends and market situations
• Have strong skills in managing the product development cycle and achieving the business objectives within the time frames
• Good command of language in terms of Cantonese, Mandarin and English
• Willing to station in or frequent travel to Southern China

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Engineering Manager.
