Electrical Technician/Service Engineer (Diesel Engine)

Job Location: Kwai Chung

Welcome package: 5 Working days(Mon to Fri 08:30-17:45), Double pay and performance bonus, 15 days Annual Leave

We are seeking:
• Servicing work for products in the company’s scope of business, including in-house, site and on board duties, etc. in diesel engine control (within and out of Hong Kong)

Job Duties:

• Responsibility on the achievement of customer satisfaction, quality standards and work targets
• Supervisory duties in team work and coaching of sub-ordinate team members
• Electrical control and monitoring of work in terms of work progress, efficiency, cost saving, safety, adherence to company policies and instructions and conduct of team members
• Preparing servicing reports to management
• Assisting capability assessment of service dealers, authorized workshops and customers
• Travel and work abroad is required when necessary

Requirement:

• Form 5 with certificate in electrical/electronic
• Minimum 6 years working experience in electrical/electronic servicing (with minimum 3 years related to marine diesel engine control is an advantage)
• Sound technical knowledge in MTU engine
• Ability to write basic report and interpretation of service manual in English
• Good interpersonal and leadership skill
• Self-confident and initiative and ability to work independently
