Job Responsibilities:

• Determines project scope, develops a preliminary plan of investigation, and determines project specifications such  as cost,  time, and requirements;
• Initiates communication with clients to promote and  explain the benefits of new and existing services. Follows up on contacts, test quotation, orders and other activities from clients;
• Supports and communicates with clients to discuss technical issues, explain testing procedures and requirements, conveys project cost,  and negotiates completion date.  Acts to address client concerns and to resolve client issues;
• Collects customer product information, identifies the industry that will perform work, and communicates completion time commitments;
•  Establishes appropriate test  programs by reviewing files and client specific technical information;
• Coordinates laboratory activities by preparing data  sheets and providing instructions to technicians, scheduling and  reviewing work of laboratory technicians and engineering support staff, and  establishing completion dates;
• Communicates project status and results and proactively addresses client needs;
• Performs other  duties as directed.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Electronic Engineering/ Electrical Engineering/Mechanical Engineering/ Physics/Science or equivalent;
• At least 5 years experience in merchandising / inspection / laboratory testing;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin is essential;
• Strong sense of customer focus, good interpersonal and communication skills.
