Responsibilities:

• Create Engineering Excellence which will support the improved capability of HK team in terms of engineering development, standardization of solutions, applications training, process Improvement and sharing of best practice
• Align to the company’s strategy on driving profitable growth for solutions business
• Strike a balance between competitive bid and profitability
• Deploy best in class quality projects consistently
• Smooth sales to Project Execution Center (PEC); PEC to Service Team handover processes
• All projects to be handed over to services team properly upon completion (after DLP)
• Project provision justification, evaluation of IG labor during, risk provision during S1/S2 stage
• Monitor opportunity pipeline and projects portfolio (Extract bFO data from each Sales Manager and submit to Project Manager)
• Formalize handover meeting with proper handover documentation.
• Measure team’s productivity
• Gain consistency in practices and customer experience. Optimize the balance across local operations and specialized support from the region.
• Present P/L situation of the PEC team for better resource planning

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree preferably in the fields of engineering
• Proven working experience as a project manager in the engineering sector
• Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in Engineering and Project Management
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
