Job Description:

• To ensure operational efficiency and cost reduction among all departments by managing and monitoring daily production progress such as physical review, tracking smoothness and reporting each order flows and progress
• To cope with possible supply chain crisis by providing feasible recommendations and solutions  across production lines as well as policy, procedures, workflow and controls improvement
• To monitor, train  and coordinate  with teams to ascertain all projects and business target & GMP compliance task can be achieved properly and meet the production demand
• To interface with other functional teams, including business, program management, design, engineering, quality, and manufacturing to secure time-to-market and qualified mass production with flexibility and speed.
• To participate in technical transfer and development of new products and processes.
  
• Establish operational standards, SOP and instruction for production processes.
• Responsible for production capacity analysis and ensure compliance of quality and safety system requirements
• Responsible to resolve the technique issue during production
• Ensure the quality of the finished products 
• Assist R&D team to convert the prototype into mass production
• Undertake daily communications with own global teams and customers updating new product development and existing PO execution.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in manufacturing engineering or related discipline
• Over 10 years’ relevant working experience in factory operation and management, and prior working experience in household products, personal care products and toys, if any, will be preferable.
• Solid experience in routine manufacturing management, production planning and facility maintenance.
• Well-organize with good strategies, implementation plans and controls to reach the company objectives ranging from operation productivity, quality, safety and cost
• Competent in managing production, materials, quality, engineering and other functions of the company  to make sure the company comply with all the regulatory requirements and license matters both internal and external 
• Familiar with routine manufacturing management, production planning and facility maintenance.
• Possess good leadership with strong determination and persistence to achieve business objectives through people and managerial skills with good track records 
• Good communication and organization skills 
• Self-motivated; mature; able to work under pressure; strong sense of responsibility
• Excellent command of Chinese, English and Mandarin
• Strong leadership skills, self-motivated and able to build a disciplined production team with good morale
• Stationed in Zhongshan

Benefits: provide nice apartment near factory/two times round trip ferry tickets between Zhongshan and HK per month /Social insurance/Double pay/normally 5 day work per week but another half a day may be needed during busy season.
