Responsibilities

• Promote parts and accessories to customers in a professional manner
• Prepare parts quotation, handle customer enquiry and complaints
• Negotiate price with suppliers and communicate with principle on parts ordering
• Follow up on parts logistic and delivery of back-ordered items
• Maintain reasonable stock level and accurate record in system
• Monitor warehouse tidiness and inventory control
• Handle ad hoc project as assigned

Requirements

• Form 5 or above
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience, preferably in European motor’s parts
• Holder of valid Hong Kong driving license #1, #2
• Pleasant, energetic, and customer-oriented
• Good communications skills in both spoken and written English and Cantonese, Putonghua is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• More experience will also be considered as Assistant Parts Officer
