Requirements:

-  Degree holder in Mechanical Engineering/Industrial Engineering or related discipline

-  Minimum 10 years management experience in quality control preferably in metal wares

-  Sound knowledge of quality control techniques, standards and factory audits for US and international markets

-  Solid experience in quality control inspection and testing

-  Solid Experience in supplier audit and qualification process

-  Strong analytical, project management and presentation skills

-  Good command in both written and spoken English and Mandarin

Responsibilities:

-  Responsible for leading a team to maintain product quality

-  Be proactive in identify production problem and be able to resolve problem

- Responsible to investigate and adjust customers complaints regarding quality corrective action

-   Improve and maintain quality system and prepare the related documents

-   Coordinates and communicate with internal and external parties to ensure the quality system and policies meeting customers' expectations

-   Provides quality training for the suppliers and internal staff

-   Summarizes the quality issues and report to the Management

-   Station in China and frequent travels in China are required
